Now onto business! Spring is here, the sun is out and the patio is about to open, what better time to bring back an old favorite...
The Port Mojito
1oz Sailor Jerry's Rum
Soda Water
Handful of fresh mint
Half a lime quartered
Tsp raw sugar
In a rocks glass add the mint, quartered limes and raw sugar. You're going to need a muddler at this point, you can go pick yourself up a fancy muddling device, or a dowel from the hardware store will do.
When you've got everything good and smashed up, add the Sailor Jerry's and top off with the soda water. Find a warm deck to sit on and take as needed!
